Happy Birthday to CDF alumnus Peter Graves!

March 18, 1926 – March 14, 2010

Born Peter Duesler Arness in Minneapolis, Minnesota; Mr. Graves prolific and diverse career included starring roles in a pair of CDF classics – Dr. Paul Nelson in IT CONQUERED THE WORLD (1956) and scientist Chris Cronyn in RED PLANET MARS (1952), James Phelps in Mission Impossible (1967-1973), Jim Newton in Fury (1955-1960), as well as appearances on the popular television series Buck Rogers in the 25th Century (1979), The Love Boat (1978-1987), and Fantasy Island (1978-1983) — but some may remember him best as Captain Clarence Oveur in the 1980 comedy classic – Airplane!
