Happy Birthday to CDF alumnus Michael Gough!

November 23, 1916 – March 17, 2011

British character actor Francis Michael Gough made over 150 film and television appearances, including memorable roles in films such as Dracula (1958), Horrors of the Black Museum (1959), The Phantom of the Opera (1962), The Boys from Brazil (1974), Top Secret! (1984), and Out of Africa (1985). Mr. Gough is perhaps best remembered as Bruce Wayne’s butler, Alfred Pennyworth, in the Batman films of the 80s and 90s. CDF aficionados will remember him in the CDF classics – KONGA (1961), THE SKULL (1965), and TROG (1970)!
