Born Eugene Maurice Orowitz in Forest Hills, Queens, New York — Mr. Landon found a great deal of small screen success with such classic American television series as Bonanza, Little House on the Prairie, and Highway to Heaven; but it was his starring role as Tony Rivers, the temperamental teenage werewolf, in the CDF classic “I Was a Teenage Werewolf” that secures his status among the honored CDF Alumni.
