Born Minoru Tanaka in Aomori, Japan; Mr. Tazaki is perhaps best known for his various roles from Kaiju films produced by Toho — often cast in the roles of scientists or military personnel, including the CDF classics KING KONG VS. GODZILLA (1962) as General Masami Shinzo, MOTHRA VS. GODZILLA (1964) as Editor Arota,  INVASION OF ASTRO MONSTER (1965) as Doctor Sakurai, THE WAR OF THE GARGANTUAS (1966) as General, and DESTROY ALL MONSTERS (1968) as Doctor Yoshida.
