Akiko Wakabayashi is a retired Japanese actress who enjoyed a dynamic career on the silver screen between 1958–1971. Although she may be best known internationally for her role as Bond girl Aki in the 1967 James Bond movie You Only Live Twice; CDF enthusiasts will certainly recall her roles in the Toho kaiju classics KING KONG VS. GODZILLA (1962), DOGORA, THE SPACE MONSTER (1964), and GHIDORAH, THE THREE-HEADED MONSTER (1964)!
