Born Hana Smékalová in Obrnice, Czechoslovakia; Florence Marly starred in films such as Sealed Verdict (1948) with CDF Alum Ray Milland, and Tokyo Joe (1949) opposite Humphrey Bogart, as well as a small role as a gangster’s girlfriend in the 1962 Twilight Zone episode Dead Man’s Shoes. Her mesmerizing performance as the blood-thirsty vampire queen in the 1966 science fiction horror film QUEEN OF BLOOD rightfully secures her inclusion among the esteemed CDF Alumni.
