Born in Taitō, Tokyo, Japan; Momoko was a Japanese film, stage and television actress, perhaps best remembered for her roles in the kaiju classics – Emiko Yamane in GODZILLA (1954), Machiko Takeno in HALF HUMAN (1955), Hiroko Iwamoto in THE MYSTERIANS (1957), and reprising her role as Emiko Yamana in GODZILLA VS. DESTOROYAH (1995)!
