Happy Birthday to CDF alumnus John Agar!

January 31, 1921 – April 7, 2002

American film and television actor John George Agar Jr., may be best remembered for his roles alongside John Wayne in Sands of Iwo Jima (1949), For Apache (1948), and She Wore A Yellow Ribbon (1949); but fans of Creature Double Feature will remember his many contributions B science fiction cinema, including the CDF classics REVENGE OF THE CREATURE (1955), TARANTULA (1955), THE MOLE PEOPLE (1956), ATTACK OF THE PUPPET PEOPLE (1958), JOURNEY TO THE SEVENTH PLANET (1962), ZONTAR: THE THING FROM VENUS (1966), and CURSE OF THE SWAMP CREATURE (1966)!
