Mr. Elam\u2019s career on the big and small screens included roles in 73 movies and appearances in 41 television series \u2013 including Gunsmoke (1960, 1964), The Rifleman (1959), Bonanza (1961, 1967, 1970), Have Gun \u2013 Will Travel (1958), Zorro (1958), The Lone Ranger (1954-1955), The Twilight Zone (1961), Once Upon A Time In The West (1968), Rio Lobo (1970), The Cannonball Run (1981), and Cannonball Run II (1984).
