Among her sixty-five appearances on the big screen and small \u2014 Ms. Verdugo has appeared alongside Gene Autry and Stephen Dunne in The Big Sombrero (1949), a starring role as a singer in the musical comedy film Panama Sal (1957), and co-starring in fantasy adventure film Thief of Damascus (1952).
